COVID - 19 Email to suppliers

Hey XXXXX,

Woah, what a crazy week! Hope you’re keeping safe and doing the best that you can at a time like this.

I just wanted to let you know that I havent forgotten you. I truly appreciate our working relationship and even when times are tough, I want to do my best to maintain this relationship.

Obviously as it is for all businesses right now, cash flow is tough and our work has temporarily evaporated.

But I am committed to trying to pay everyone as much as possible, as quickly as possible.

So I’m planning to drip feed all of our suppliers a small amount, as much as I can, as quickly as I can.  I hope this is ok as, to be honest, it’s the best I can do right now.
